| If you have ordered merchandise on-line and would like to pick it up at our retail store, you may do so at no charge. Soon after your order is processed, Cotton Cloud Futons will contact you via email, confirming your order details. Once the merchandise is confirmed in stock and inspected for quality, you will be contacted again, at which point you can pick up your merchandise at our Portland, Oregon retail store. We have a large in-stock inventory, so chances are good that you’ll be able to pick up your items within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. If your merchandise is not in stock, your confirmation email will provide you with an estimate of when your merchandise will be ready for you. Our local delivery area is approximately ten miles from our retail store store, and includes Beaverton, Tigard, Vancouver (proper), Lake Oswego, Milwaukie,and parts of Gresham. If you are unsure if your delivery destination falls within this range, please feel free to contact us. Despite our best efforts, it’s possible that we may not have a specific item in stock at any given time. In the event that your merchandise is not in stock at the time of purchase, it will be ordered immediately and you will be kept informed of your orders progress via email. We appreciate your patience and we promise, it will be worth the wait! If you live outside our local delivery area and want you order shipped,no problem, we ship to any home or business in the continental 48 states at VERYcompetitive rates! [See Below]. Have your order delivered by appointment in the Portland/ Vancouver Area - Available 5 days a week [Tues-Sat]. We make every attempt to set up delivery times that accommodate your schedule. Cost is $65 and includes assembly of your merchandise. Cost is $65. Soon after your order is processed Cotton Cloud Futons will contact you via email confirming your order details. Once the merchandise is confirmed in stock and inspected for quality you will be contacted again, at which point we will set up your delivery time.
