Delivery In The Portland Metro Area

Drop Off Delivery
We offer Drop Off Deliveries in the close in Portland Metro Area for a $55 delivery fee on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Drop Off Deliveries do not include assembly of the merchandise.

Delivery + Assembly
For a $75 delivery fee we will deliver and assemble the merchandise in the close in Portland Metro Area on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We will assemble the item(s) in the room of your choice and recycle all packaging.

What to Expect
We'll call you the evening before your delivery with a two-hour delivery window, our deliveries are scheduled between 10:00am and 5:00pm.

We will make every attempt to schedule delivery times that accommodate your schedule, please keep in mind that we route our deliveries in order to minimize our fuel costs and maximize our delivery team's time.

Please be sure to clear the room and pathway of any fragile items, banana peels and/or unfriendly pets.

Our commitment to providing excellent customer service goes well beyond the doors of our showroom and it is our goal to make our last impression a good one. When having your items assembled, our delivery specialists will not only be efficient and careful in your home, they can also show you how to operate your new folding futon frame if needed and can answer any questions. Or, if you are having difficulty assembling an item on your own, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

What to do if you receive damaged/defective items
Did an item arrive damaged or defective? We understand it is disappointing to receive a damaged/defective item and we promise to make it right. Please call us immediately if you receive a damaged/defective item and we will open a service order. In order for us to get replacement parts/items in, we will need either a photo of the damage/defect or the actual item to be returned to the store. You may send the pictures to, be sure to include your name and invoice number in the email and be as descriptive as possible of the damage/defect. (Ex: right facing arm has dime sized scratch.) We will keep you updated on the estimated time frame that we expect to receive the replacement part.

We offer a large local delivery area, if you are unsure if your delivery destination falls within this range, please feel free to contact us. Other delivery areas and rates are listed below.

  • Despite our best efforts, it’s possible that we may not have a specific item in stock at any given time. In the event that your merchandise is not in stock at the time of purchase, it will be ordered immediately and you will be kept informed of your orders progress via email. We appreciate your patience and we promise, it will be worth the wait!

For smaller, lighter items we ship via UPS or FEDEX. These companies are the quickest most dependable way to ship small packages. Depending on where you reside, your item will usually arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it is shipped. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Feel free to contact us if anything appears noteworthy with the progress of the shipment. Shipping prices may vary depending on quantity of items and size of goods. Truck freight is different than DHL, UPS, or FedEx in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck to its destination..

For residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the trucking company to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer ap­pointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive no later than 8-12 business days from the order date. Many orders, particularly those on the West Coast, arrive sooner. Please take note that you may need a couple of people to help unload your merchandise. For an extra fee, many trucking companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. If you are interested in additional services let us know and we can get you a quote.

** The only exceptions to the shipping prices quoted are areas that are difficult to get to access by semi truck (some rural areas, islands etc). If shipping to your location will cost more than the quoted price you will be contacted to approve the extra charges before we ship.


Return Policy

Cotton Cloud Natural Beds and Furniture wants you to be thrilled with your shopping decisions, which is why every futon and frame Cotton Cloud sells, regardless of manufacturer, comes with a limited lifetime warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused futon, frame, or cover within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that all eligible merchandise must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items that have been used or damaged due to improper use or assembly may not be returned or exchanged. No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 15 days from receipt date.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning or exchanging merchandise.

If your order is being shipped outside of our local delivery zone and you cancel your order while the merchandise is in transit, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to ship the merchandise back to Cotton Cloud's warehouse, in addition to our standard 20% restocking fee. Please be advised that Cotton Cloud reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to cancel any order for any reason.
