Pick Up Your Order At Our Portland Retail Store
If you have ordered merchandise on-line and would like to pick it up at our retail store, you may do so at no charge. Soon after your order is processed, Cotton Cloud Futons will contact you via email, confirming your order details. Once the merchandise is confirmed in stock and inspected for quality, you will be contacted again, at which point you can pick up your merchandise at our Portland, Oregon retail store. We have a large in-stock inventory, so chances are good that you’ll be able to pick up your items within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. If your merchandise is not in stock, your confirmation email will provide you with an estimate of when your merchandise will be ready for you.

Our local delivery area is approximately ten miles from our retail store store, and includes Beaverton, Tigard, Vancouver (proper), Lake Oswego, Milwaukie,and parts of Gresham. If you are unsure if your delivery destination falls within this range, please feel free to contact us.
For a $65 delivery fee we will deliver the merchandise to your home or business, set it up, and recycle the packaging materials. We deliver in the in the Portland Metro Area Thursday through Saturday only.
Despite our best efforts, it’s possible that we may not have a specific item in stock at any given time. In the event that your merchandise is not in stock at the time of purchase, it will be ordered immediately and you will be kept informed of your orders progress via email. We appreciate your patience and we promise, it will be worth the wait!

For smaller, lighter items we ship via UPS or FEDEX. These companies are the quickest most dependable way to ship small packages. Depending on where you reside, your item will usually arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it is shipped. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacture. Feel free to contact us if anything appears noteworthy with the progress of the shipment.

* LTL (less than truckload) Truck freight is different than DHL, UPS, or FedEx in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck to its destination..
For residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the trucking company to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive no later than 8-12 business days from the order date. Many orders, particularly those on the West Coast, arrive sooner. Please take note that you may need a couple of people to help unload your merchandise. For an extra fee, many trucking companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. If you are interested in additional services let us know and we can aquire you a qoute.
** The only exceptions to the shipping prices quoted are areas that are difficult to get to access by semi truck (some rural areas, islands etc). If shipping to your location will cost more than the quoted price you will contacted to approve the extra charges before we ship.
