Do You Recycle Futons? Yes! Futons manufactured by Cotton Cloud Futons can be recycled at the end of their useful life. In addition to recycling futons we manufacture, we can usually recycle futon made by other manufacturers. In order for us to be able to recycle your futon it must be constructed using commonly used futon making materials (foam, cotton, etc.). We do not recycle traditional mattresses. Do You Relayer Futons? Yes! When your futon reaches the stage of its life where it is no longer comfortable, we may be able to give it new life. We can usually re-layer your futon, making it feel like new for less than the cost of a new one. For more information Click Here. Top

What is Cotton Cloud Futons Warranty? Cotton Cloud Futons stands behind all the merchandise we manufacture and sell with a limited lifetime warranty. Futon frames all have a manufacturer’s warranty, which is applicable for the life of the manufacturer, and is limited to repair or replacement of the frame or individual frame parts. (If the manufacturer goes out of business, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, in this event, we are not responsible for the unavailability of parts.) Frame warranties cover normal use and wear, but will not be honored in the event of: misuse; neglect; modified, altered, or mis-assembled frames; or misplaced hardware. All futon mattresses are warranted against defects in materials and artistic creation. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement for damage resulting from normal use, but does not cover normal compression or damage from moisture and/or mildew. Buyer must have a receipt to receive any warranty services and is responsible for transportation of any item to and from our store.

Does Cotton Cloud Futons Deliver? Cotton Cloud Futons stocks much of the merchandise we sell, ensuring quick delivery and a high level of quality control. Chances are good that you’ll be able to pick up your items or have them delivered within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order
You can choose to pick up your order at our Portland retail store 7 days a week. If you prefer, for a $65 delivery fee we will deliver the merchandise to your home or business by appointment, set it up, and recycle the packaging materials.
Our local delivery area is approximately ten miles from our retail store store, and includes Beaverton, Tigard, Vancouver (proper), Lake Oswego, Milwaukie,and parts of Gresham. If you are unsure if your delivery destination falls within this range, please feel free to contact us. We deliver in the Portland Metro Area Thursday through Saturday.
If you live outside our local delivery area and want you order shipped,no problem, we ship to any home or business in the continental 48 states at VERYcompetitive rates!. Shipping transit time is usually 8-12 business days from the day you place your order. Many orders, particularly those on the West Coast, arrive sooner. For shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, please contact us.
Does Cotton Cloud Futons Ship Merchandise? Items we sell that are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier will be shipped via common carrier LTL (less than truckload). Truck freight is different than DHL, UPS, or FedEx in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck to its destination. How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive? Cotton Cloud Futons stocks much of the merchandise we sell, ensuring quick delivery and a high level of quality control. However, despite our best efforts, it’s possible that we may not have a specific item in stock at any given time. In the event that your merchandise is not in stock at the time of purchase, you will be contacted BEFORE your credit card is charged. When we receive your approval your merchandise will be ordered immediately and you will be kept informed of your order's progress. What Are My Options If My Order Is Damaged? Our merchandise is packaged to withstand damage during shipping. But accidents do occasionally happen. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to get you the necessary replacements in a timely fashion, and of course at no cost to you.
When you receive your order you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box is damaged in any way or you have any reason to be concerned about damage, please write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This helps ensure that if there is any damage, we can follow up on the problem. If items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately; we will make arrangements to have a replacement item or part sent to you. If your merchandise is damaged, DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER. In most cases we will send out replacements. We are committed to your satisfaction and personaly inspect and repackage most orders we ship. We work promptly to resolve any problems associated with damaged goods. Refused orders are treated as cancellations after shipment and are subject to ALL shipping charges to your location and back to us.
If you have already accepted your merchandise and then discovered that parts are either missing or damaged, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will ship you replacements parts at no cost. It is critical that you contact us within 48 hours of merchandise receipt. If for any reason we cannot replace the parts, we will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging. Top
How Can I Cancel My Order? Cotton Cloud Futons wants you to be thrilled with your shopping decisions. But we know sometimes we all make mistakes. If you decide to cancel while your order is in transit, you will be responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse, as well as to your original delivery destination. Please be advised that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to cancel an order for any reason. What Is Cotton Clouds Return Policy? Cotton Cloud Futons wants you to be thrilled with your shopping decisions, which is why every futon and frame Cotton Cloud sells, regardless of manufacturer, comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused futon, frame, or cover within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that all eligible merchandise must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items that have been used or damaged due to improper use or assembly may not be returned or exchanged. No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 15 days from receipt date.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning or exchanging merchandise.
If your order is being shipped outside of our local delivery zone and you cancel your order while the merchandise is in transit, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to ship the merchandise back to Cotton Cloud's warehouse, in addition to our standard 20% restocking fee. Please be advised that Cotton Cloud reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to cancel any order for any reason.
