| Cotton Cloud Futons stocks much of the merchandise we sell, ensuring quick delivery and a high level of quality control. Chances are good that you’ll be able to pick up your items or have them delivered within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order
You can choose to pick up your order at our retail store or we deliver in the Portland Metro Area 7 days a week. Our local delivery area is approximately ten miles from our retail store store, and includes Beaverton, Tigard, Vancouver (proper), Lake Oswego, Milwaukie,and parts of Gresham. If you are unsure if your delivery destination falls within this range, please feel free to contact us. If you live outside our local delivery area and want you order shipped,no problem, we ship to any home or business in the continental 48 states at VERYcompetitive rates! [See Below]. Shipping transit time is usually 8-12 business days from the day you place your order. Many orders, particularly those on the West Coast, arrive sooner. For shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, please contact us.

If you have ordered merchandise on line and would like to pick it up at our retail store there is no charge. Soon after your order is processed Cotton Cloud Futons will contact you via email confirming your order details. Once the merchandise is confirmed in stock and inspected for quality you will be contacted again, at which point you can pick up your merchandise at our store in Portland Oregon. We carry a large inventory in stock so chances are good what you are ordering will be in stock and available for pick up with in 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. For smaller, lighter items we ship via UPS or FEDEX. These companies are the quickest most dependable way to ship small packages. Depending on where you reside, your item will usually arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it is shipped. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacture. Feel free to contact us if anything appears noteworthy with the progress of the shipment.

| When you receive your order you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box is damaged in any way or you have any reason to be concerned about damage, please write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This helps ensure that if there is any damage, we can follow up on the problem. If items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately; we will make arrangements to have a replacement item or part sent to you. If your merchandise is damaged, DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER. In most cases we will send out replacements. We are committed to your satisfaction and personally inspect and repackage most orders we ship. We work promptly to resolve any problems associated with damaged goods. Refused orders are treated as cancellations after shipment and are subject to ALL shipping charges to your location and back to us. |
