You can set your delivery for any day of the week between 8am and 8pm except for on holidays.
How Much does Shipping Cost
The cost depends on what’s being delivered and the distance, generally if you're located in Portland deliveries from Cotton Cloud to you would start at $100.
Step 1: If your item is in stock, or once you receive a call from us when your order is complete, call the company of your choice to set up your delivery.
Step 2: Let them know if you have old furniture that you want to part with, they work with all local donation and disposal centers.
Step 3: On the day of delivery, you’ll receive an automated text message containing an ETA along with link to a map allowing you to see where the truck is located so you know exactly what time they will arrive.

Cotton cloud unfortunately no longer employs delivery drivers. If you need help getting your order home, we can refer you to a local delivery service that is familiar with our products and store operations.
What to do if you receive damaged/defective items
Did an item arrive damaged or defective? We understand it is disappointing to receive a damaged/defective item and we promise to make it right. Please call us immediately if you receive a damaged/defective item and we will open a service order. In order for us to get replacement parts/items in, we will need either a photo of the damage/defect or the actual item to be returned to the store. You may send the pictures to email@example.com, be sure to include your name and invoice number in the email and be as descriptive as possible of the damage/defect. (Ex: right facing arm has dime sized scratch.) We will keep you updated on the estimated time frame that we expect to receive the replacement part.
- Despite our best efforts, it’s possible that we may not have a specific item in stock at any given time. In the event that your merchandise is not in stock at the time of purchase, it will be ordered immediately and you will be kept informed of your orders progress via email. We appreciate your patience and we promise, it will be worth the wait!

Futon Covers, Pillows and Accessories
For smaller, lighter items we ship via UPS or FEDEX. These companies are the quickest most dependable way to ship small packages. Depending on where you reside, your item will usually arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it is shipped. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Feel free to contact us if anything appears noteworthy with the progress of the shipment. Shipping prices may vary depending on quantity of items and size of goods. Most of our mattresses are able to be compacted and fit in a manageable box to be shipped directly to your door. Please allow 24-48 hours for the mattress to decompress and expand to it's normal size. While all of our futons are made to the industry standard sizes, it's normal for futons to look like they vary 1-2" at first, but it will compress down to the normal size over time.
Most of the furniture will be shipped on a pallet, does not include assembly and will be delivered to you on a larger truck.

Truck freight is different than DHL, UPS, or FedEx in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck to its destination..
For residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the trucking company to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive no later than 8-12 business days from the order date. Many orders, particularly those on the West Coast, arrive sooner. Please take note that you may need a couple of people to help unload your merchandise. For an extra fee, many trucking companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. If you are interested in additional services let us know and we can get you a quote
Cotton Cloud Natural Beds and Furniture wants you to be thrilled with your shopping decisions, which is why every futon and frame Cotton Cloud sells, regardless of manufacturer, comes with a limited lifetime warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused futon, frame, or cover within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that all eligible merchandise must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items that have been used or damaged due to improper use or assembly may not be returned or exchanged. No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 15 days from receipt date.
